Looks like I’m officially out of Humboldt County and back in Sacramento for the time being. Got a job at Target and working towards something exciting…
My goal is to be in northern Thailand this summer getting my certification to teach English internationally.

Today is beautiful. Spent the afternoon in the wet and the muck taking photos.
SO MUCH RAIN TODAY. The only thing holding me back from being ecstatic about it is that my poor horse hates the rain.
She’s like a little girl who sits at the window watching the water pour out of the sky—sad that she can’t go out and play.
She just stands in the barn with her head out the door watching the empty field in front of her and refusing to step out and get wet.
I, on the other hand, adore this weather.
And thennnnn (continuing with the story of my day…) during my ride with Breezy, I found old animal bones all over the field. So I conducted a photo shoot.
It was such a beautifully chilly fall day.
I love riding my horse bareback when it’s cold out and feeling her warm fuzzy winter coat underneath me :)
Today, I awoke (for an unknown reason) during the sunrise. I’m glad that I did and I wish I would more often. It’s such an atmospheric time of day.
